Percy Nevil Smith House

William HR Collister, a manager of the Albion Iron Works, bought this beautiful home on the corner of Bute and Pendrell from the builder Percy Nevil Smith. Mr. Smith was the builder of three houses with similar detailing; 1122, 1116, and 1110. This is the only one that went to a private owner; Mr. Smith rented the other two. Collister lived here until 1921

This house is painted in VHF True Colours: Body – Harris Green, Trim – Dunbar Buff, Watertable – Harris Green, Sash – Gloss Black, Gables – Craftsman Brown, Deck and Stairs – Edwardian Porch Grey.
