This Tudor-style home is in Shaughnessy and features eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a private elevator. It was built in 1910 and originally owned by William F. Brougham.
The Shaughnessy neighbourhood is regulated through the First Shaughnessy Official Development Plan bylaw, limiting development and subdivision of the properties. It was named for Thomas Shaughnessy, President of the Canadian Pacific Railway.
