This house is one of the two homes on the block to have rumours of ghostly activity, the other haunt being the home’s next door neighbour, 1114. 1110 is now part of the Dr. Peter Centre complex. The Dr. Peter Centre provides in patient care and out patient programs to people living with HIV/AIDS This house is painted in VHF True Colours: Body – Comox Green, Trim – Edwardian Cream, Watertable – Comox Green, Sash – Gloss Black, Deck and Stairs – Edwardian Porch Grey.
