Description

This house was built in 1898 by Edward Hobson. One of the earliest known examples of Edwardian builder in the city, it features a symmetrical front window treatment, doric porch columns, and a hippied roof with a wide bellcast. We are looking for more information on EJ Lumsden. This house is painted in VHF True Colours: Body (lower) – Comox Gold, Body (upper) – Pendrell Red, Trim – Hastings Red, Sash – Gloss Black, Deck and Stairs – Edwardian Porch Grey
