Description

1930 Haro is one of the last perfectly intact modest residential buildings in the area. It was built in 1901. The original owner was C.F. Cotton, an insurance manager. In 1912, the house was occupied by Francis J. Gavin, of Gavin Bros. and Leigh, manufacturers. In the 1930s, the house seems to have been converted into 3 apartments. The house is wood frame with wood trim and wood façade. The house has a bellcast roof with a dormer
