Description

This building was demolished in 2023 and removed from the Heritage Register in 2025.

The school was named after English Poet Laureate Alfred Lord Tennyson. Construction of a new school to replace Lord Tennyson Elementary is underway. Expected date of occupancy for the new school is in the spring of 2020. A new playing field will be put in place of the old school after construction is complete.
