Description

Circa 1909, this wood-framed house was built in an Early Vernacular style. According to records, the first owner was name Clinton Parker, a hack driver for Stanley Park’s Stables. By 1912 the house had a new owner—Morton B. Cole who was a blacksmith that worked for Vancouver Engineering Works.
