Built in 1922 by F. Davies and designed by Benzie and Bow, this building is listed at the Bank of Toronto. Benzie and Bow was comprised of James Anderson Benzie and William Bow, immigrants from Glasgow who had met at the Glasgow School of Art. The partnership lasted from 1923-1930. The building now holds Thomas Hobbs’ Florist.
