Description

This Vancouver Craftsman home was built in 1911. It maintains the same front yard/back yard arrangement of a long, narrow lot as the cluster of heritage homes along the South side of the street along W 10th Avenue. This home has a large front porch, gable dormer with palladian window, and fish scale shingles; elements common in Edwardian architecture. The first resident was George W. Olts who was president of The A.L. Olts Co. Ltd.
