Description
This red-brick two-building apartment was built by owner and architect Fred Melton in 1923. It is one of many apartment buildings in Kitsilano along Cornwall Avenue. Though Melton owned approximately 16 homes/buildings, he chose to live in Melton Court and his son of the same name also lived here for most of his life.
