Description
This Queen Anne Revival style home was built in 1909. The owner was listed as Meredith, the architect was A.C. Allen, and the builder was the Ward Brothers. This wood-framed house was listed as $4000 at the time of construction. In 1910, a $120 framed garage was added by architect R.E. Jamieson, built by E.E. Smith.
