In December 1912, owner/architect/builder HW Morby was issued a permit for two dwelling houses, two 2-storey frame residences at a value of $5,600. The houses at 2723 and 2727 W 6th Avenue were built at that time. Weldon Clark is listed as occupant in 1914.
