Description
3092 W 36th Ave is an English Storybook-style home built in 1931. The home was owned and inhabited by James MacIntyre Kerr, who worked as a manager at G N Jackson and Son, and his wife, Eleanor. Kerr lived here until 1940, after which it was briefly inhabited by Frederick W. Tribbeck, who worked as a pressman.
