Description

Built in 1912 by Harrison Bros., this house was owned by Wilfred J. Sudbury from Mark Fisher & Sons from 1913 until 1922. In 1923, James Fraser took up residence. Fraser was a merchant, he lived in the house until 1925. From 1927 until 1933, Thomas A. Dutton, chief clerk for the City of Vancouver, lived in the home.
