Description

5368 Blenheim St is a Gabled Vernacular-style home built in 1913 by architect G. A. Duncan for Edward Armstrong. According to historical building permits, its original value was $2000 and it has since been altered with a renovated dormer, removed center stair railings and modified patio railings. Architect G. A. Duncan was also involved with a project at 2085 W 36th Ave. Edward Armstrong, a carpenter, lived here until 1921.
