Stanley Park, drive West of Brockton Point
This monument was erected at Brockton Point in 1906 to commemorate the 8 lives lost when the Chehalis sank off the point on July 21, 1906. This boat was a tugboat of the Union Steamship Line and was sunk by the Princess Victoria when it collided with the smaller boat.
